Move In/Out Cleaning

Property will be empty

• Kitchen and bathroom top to bottom cleaning

• Hand wash all baseboards, Door frames, woodwork, doors, staircases spindles and handrails

• Light switches and door knobs

• Inside Oven, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Microwave

• Washing Inside windows glass, inner window sills and frames

• Inside and outside of all cabinets, closets and drawers

• Dusting walls and ceilings

• Hand washing light fixtures ceiling fans

• Deep cleaning mini blinds if needed (this may add time per blind, please specify)

• Anything else that need scrubbing and deep cleaning will be completed

• We can come for a “partial” deep cleaning for specific rooms, click here for our customized options

*Add ons not included: Wall washing, Outside of windows (We can clean the outside of Tip-in model only) Opening windows to wash the tracks and sill
